Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1 small onion very thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp mild korean chilli powder
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 200 grams baby mixed leaf salad
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except the salad greens and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the salad greens and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
