Ingredients
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 celery sticks - finely diced
- 1 tbsp tarragon - roughly chopped
- 200 grams crab meat
- 1 large avocado
- 8 dinner rolls
- 1 bunch watercress
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Cook crab meat as per instructions. We used a 200 gram packet of frozen crab meat. Set aside to cool.
- Preheat oven and cook dinner rolls according to instructions.
- In a bowl,combine the mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice and tarragon, season and stir well. Fold in the crab and avocado.
- Fill with the crab mix and some cress then finish with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
