Crab and Avocado Rolls

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 celery sticks - finely diced
  • 1 tbsp tarragon - roughly chopped
  • 200 grams crab meat
  • 1 large avocado
  • 8 dinner rolls
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • cayenne pepper


  • Cook crab meat as per instructions. We used a 200 gram packet of frozen crab meat. Set aside to cool.
  • Preheat oven and cook dinner rolls according to instructions.
  • In a bowl,combine the mayonnaise, celery, lemon juice and tarragon, season and stir well. Fold in the crab and avocado.
  • Fill with the crab mix and some cress then finish with a pinch of cayenne pepper.
