Chargrilled Capsicum Dip
Using the pesto from the Chargrilled Capsicum Pesto with Steak recipe to make this super easy and delicious dip.

- 200 grams cream cheese
- 1 lemon
- toasted pine nuts
- olive oil
- Set a little pesto aside for the top of the dip.
- In a blender combine the remaining pesto, cream cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice. Check seasoning and add more salt, pepper or lemon juice as desired.
- Place dip onto a small plate. Top with remaining pesto and garnish with toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
