Chargrilled Capsicum Dip

Using the pesto from the Chargrilled Capsicum Pesto with Steak recipe to make this super easy and delicious dip.

  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • toasted pine nuts
  • olive oil


  • Set a little pesto aside for the top of the dip.
  • In a blender combine the remaining pesto, cream cheese and a squeeze of lemon juice. Check seasoning and add more salt, pepper or lemon juice as desired.
  • Place dip onto a small plate. Top with remaining pesto and garnish with toasted pine nuts and a drizzle of olive oil.
