  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1 small onion very thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp mild korean chilli powder
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 200 grams baby mixed leaf salad


  • Combine all the ingredients except the salad greens and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the salad greens and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
